Nature, Camera, Action!

Nature, camera, action free family fun day!

The National Media Museum’s new summer family exhibition Nature, Camera, Action! The Secrets of Making Incredible Wildlife Films launches on ‘Saturday, 19 July 10am – 4pm’ with CBBC presenter Naomi Wilkinson hosting a free family fun day. With talks, trails, stories and hands-on fun, we’ve got tonnes of great stuff going on for your family throughout the day. Meet Naomi and then try your hand at presenting your own nature programme – but watch out for those sly polar bears and cheeky sharks! Grab a backpack and take part in our Explorer Trail, build your own camera and if you’re feeling really daring, you can even hold a furry tarantula or slippery snake.

Would you like to meet Naomi Wilkinson and ask her what its like to be a wildlife television presenter? She certainly knows a thing or two about what it takes to capture great footage of wild animals having presented two series of Naomi’s Nightmares of Nature!

Naomi will be sharing some of her experiences of working with and filming animals and will be answering your questions live on stage.
