SCREEN YORKSHIRE: HEAD OF PRODUCTION SALARY UP TO £45K
Screen Yorkshire is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual with a strong track record in production to join our team in central Leeds. You will have an extensive background in production, probably in locations and/or production management and you will have a comprehensive network of industry contacts and knowledge.
You will be working closely with the CEO and Head of Investments and will assist in sourcing, securing and supporting projects under the banner of the Yorkshire Content Fund. Since its launch just over two years ago YCF has invested in over 20 feature films and TV projects including Peaky Blinders, The Great Train Robbery, Death Comes to Pemberley, Jamaica Inn, Hank Zipzer, 71, Catch Me Daddy, Bill and Get Santa.
You will need to demonstrate an extensive network of industry contacts both within Yorkshire and the UK and ideally, internationally as well. With excellent negotiating and communication skills you will be working closely with producers throughout the production process, developing and promoting the best package of support on a bespoke basis for all YCF supported projects.
